    <p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:100%;">Some time ago we asked ourselves a very important question: what should our Tea House be?</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:100%;">In the multitude of everyday responsibilities, we usually focus on meeting current tasks and it may happen that we lose sight of the goal we are striving for. <span xml:lang="pl-pl" lang="pl-pl">And our goal is to create a place dedicated to tea and its culture, a haven for tea lovers, which will bring them closer to masters, craftsmen, artists from countries where tea is grown and made. So that everyone has the opportunity to try tea not only as a daily drink, but also as an opportunity to meet people and the philosophy that shapes their lives, and whose main axis is the love for tea.<br /><br />That is why we created the category <strong>ONLY AT OUR SHOP,</strong> where you can find teas that are our joy and pride. In this category, we boast of treasures obtained solely through personal contacts with tea people - ranging from farmers, through masters of the tea art, to artists expressing themselves through tea and the culture associated with it.     The youngest emerald leaves of highest quality and first harvest, in the shape of tiny needles, harvested in the family tea garden of the Sugimoto Family. After brewing they give off an infusion of a charming Spring-green color, an intensive fragrance and and a bewitching taste of umami.

  • Lu Bao Shi 2020


    This year's fresh green tea from the mountainous Chinese province of Guizhou with the perfect humid subtropical climate for tea production.

    Small spring tea leaves collected by hand are rolled into small balls so-called Chinese emeralds. During brewing, the leaves slowly develop, increase their volume, delight with their perfect shape and delicate greenery.

    This tea gives a bright yellow-green brew with a fresh, soft sweetness with a floral note.

  • Xi Hu Long Jing 2020


    The highest quality Chinese green tea, so-called "Dragon Well" tea from the West Lake area of Zhejiang Province, one of the ten most famous Chinese teas. Only the youngest leaves  are used for its production. They are longitudinally compressed, light green.

    There are several legends about this tea. One of them tells about emperor's grandson, who arrived at the Hu Gong Temple and was offered this tea, He and
    the emperor were so delighted that 18 tea trees growing in front of the temple received imperial status. Tea is produced from these trees until today and the price per gram is higher than the price of gold!

    The infusion is golden with a nutty note. After brewing, the leaves regain their vigor, show their natural shape and color.

  • Bai Hao Oolong


    Highly oxidized oolong from Taiwan. Also called the "Oriental Beauty", it id made when insects of the jacobiasca formosana species feed on the leaves of tea bushes. Plants, wanting to defend themselves against them, give off more chemicals that result in the unique taste of this tea. Dry leaves smell intensively, reminiscent of the smell of oriental incense. The brew surprises with delicacy on one hand and a distinct spicy and honey flavor on the other hand.

    Himalayan Royal Handrolled

    It is a unique black tea from the Himalayan Jun Chiyabari gardens in Nepal. It is produced from the oldest Nepalese tea trees, which grew from grains that were received as a gift from the Chinese emperor to the Nepalese prime minister in 1861/3, as well as tea seeds  from Japan, Taiwan and China. In this small batch of several kilograms you can literally taste the real "Chi" (energy) of Nepalese tea.
    The taste has a delicate sweetness reminiscent of the taste of honey and floowers with hints of dark chocolate and the balanced bitterness typical for oxidized Himalayan teas. It is perfect for afternoon tea degustation.

  • Tie Guan Yin Oolong


    Oolong from Taiwan with medium oxidation, dry leaves have the form of dark green balls, their aroma is mainly characterized by roasting notes. After brewing, they give an infusion of a floral aroma and taste with a clearly noticeable roasted note, this is a more traditional version of this popular oolong.

  • Dong Ding Oolong


    Medium oxidized Oolong from Taiwan, with a classic, floral-milky flavour enriched with notes of bread crust, which is due to the process of delicate roasting. The leaves have the form of dark green balls, in dry form they are characterized primarily by roasting aromas. Only when brewed they gradually release the remaining aromas and flavour notes.

    Anxi Tie Guanyin Shu cha is produced for tea connoisseurs from the Chaoshan region, the craddle of modern gong fu cha. Exclusively imported for Herbaty Czas from Anxi, from the multigenerational farmers family Wang. This tea is mostly used at national institutions as a high quality gift for the people of special merit.

  • Keemun Mao Feng 2020


    Keemun Mao Feng is one of the best Keemun tea sorts on the market. It is harvested in early spring and consists of a bud and two or three upper leaves sorted by hand.

    This tea is named after the area of Qimen in Anhui Province, a highly respected tea producing region in China. "Keemun" is the translation of Chinese Qimen into English invented during the colonial era. At that time Keemun also became the base ingredient of the English Breakfast blend.

    A properly brewed tea infusion has a clear, bright red color and has a unique slightly floral and slightly smoky, but very mild and smooth flavor with subtle fruity notes. Keemun tea can be brewed several times to bring out the full flavor of the leaves.

    Tea from the leading Nepalese Jun Chiyabari garden, located 1650-2200 meters above sea level. A unique tea, it is an absolute best among all Nepalese teas that we could offer in our store. Its leaves are characterized by a slightly lower oxidization level than most black teas, which makes the infusion brighter, and its taste more delicate and flowery. It also has a distinct sweetness with muscatel tones. The tea wins its enthusiasts from the first tasting, with its one-of-a-kind flavor.

  • Nepal Jun Chiyabari...


    The unique tea that is difficult to classify, the process of its production has many of the techniques used in oolong tea. Its name refers to the village of Shiiba in the Japanese prefecture of Miyazaki, from where tea bushes found their way into the garden of Jun Chiyabari in Nepal.

    The aroma of dry leaves brings to mind warming spices, while the infusion itself pleasantly surprises with the combination of roasted grains and sweet fruit.

    Qing Xin Oolong


    It is a light high-mountain Gao Shan oolong harvested by hand in organic tea gardens in northern Fujian. Its name Qing Xin comes from the tea cultivar it was made from.

    It is a medium oxidized oolong. It has large dark curled leaves and a nice caramel smell. After brewing, it gives a light, golden yellow infusion and a floral aroma combined with a delicate hint of fruits and the sweetness of roasting.

Top-quality, organically grown leaves growing in the crystal-clear environment of the high Himalayas, partly processed by hand, give an infusion of vegetable notes. This tea, however, is warmer and more mature in reception than it is usually the case with green teas.

    A Vietnamese green tea made from the leaves of aged (few hundred years old) tea trees. Cultivated in the Ha Giang Province of northern Vietnam, it has been manufactured by the Hmong ethnic minority for generations.

    Have you ever seen or tried blue desserts in Asian cuisine?

    Clitoria Ternatea has been used for centuries in Asia as a coloring agent for food and cosmetics. It is also a medicine of Ayurvedic medicine. The infusion of Clitoria supports the nervous system, improves mood, fights against depression, improves memory and improves brain functions. The antibacterial, antipyretic, and analgesic effect of the Clitoria are also scientifically proven. It even inhibits hair graying and improves the functioning of the eyes.

    The infusion of Clitoria flowers has a blue tint, alkaline and herbal-sweet taste. After adding lemon juice, the infusion changes the taste and color to purple or even pink.
